David Jeffrey Ringer is a birder, a naturalist, and a writer. He is a co-founder of and before that, he worked at ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ for nearly twelve years. He was ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½'s front-line PR manager on the Gulf Coast during the 2010 BP oil disaster and led communications for the RESTORE Act campaign. He then served as ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½'s national communications director, and then chief network and communications officer, leading ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½'s communications, chapter relations, and Bird-Friendly Communities work, and founding ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ on Campus.
