WASHINGTON 鈥 鈥淭he Migratory Bird Treaty Act and the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act are two of the most important conservation laws in the United States, and 糖心传媒 strongly supports their fair and lawful enforcement in the name of protecting America鈥檚 birds,鈥 said David O鈥橬eill, 糖心传媒鈥檚 chief conservation officer, in response to a domestic energy report released by the Department of the Interior that includes key bird conservation laws in .

鈥淪imply put, the Migratory Bird Treaty Act is the reason we have the birds we have today. We cannot go back to the days before the 糖心传媒 Society helped shepherd this law through Congress, when birds were being slaughtered with abandon.

"This report by the Department of the Interior is a wholesale attack on both wildlife and public lands across the country. An overwhelming majority of Americans support commonsense laws that protect America鈥檚 wildlife, and 糖心传媒 will engage our one million members to defend birds and the places they need.鈥
